Leading workforce management company, Tandem Corp, has appointed accomplished senior executive Simon Martin to its board.

Tandem CEO Jonathan Field said Simon brings 25 years of financial, commercial and operational experience with a particular focus on software and technology to the Tandem Corp board.

“As CFO of MYOB and CEO of iCareHealth, Simon played a leadership role in their growth and subsequent transactions. For the past 5 years he has concentrated on investments in disruptive technology start-ups in the SME and healthcare sectors in Australia and the UK.

“Simon is currently Chair of Sendle LLC and iCareHealth UK Limited, and a director of Melbourne IT Limited, Big4 Holiday Parks and Methodist Ladies College,” Jonathan said.

“I am delighted to be joining Tandem at such an exciting point in its development.

“Over the past 7 years the Tandem team has developed an innovative approach to workforce management and is successfully expanding beyond the telco sector to insurance, trade services and other industries.
