ISGM has signed a new five-year contract with nbn to roll out the nbn™ network infrastructure to more 50,000 Victorian premises starting in the Wheelers Hill area in August 2016.

ISGM CEO Jonathan Field said that as a company of Victorian origin it is great that our first Multi-technology Integrated Master Agreement (MIMA) construction partnership with nbn is here in our home state.

“ISGM has been working with nbn on a range of projects including field service delivery and multi dwelling unit installations over the past few years and we are delighted to expand our involvement in the development of Australia’s nbn™ network.

“This construction partnership is an illustration of nbn’s confidence in ISGM and our capability to deliver large, field-based workforce solutions. We expect to engage an additional 100+ subcontractoring companies to undertake the civil works, lead-ins and infill as well as device upgrades, primarily on the Hybrid-Fibre Coaxial (HFC) network,” Mr Field said.

Under the outcomes-based MIMA Agreement, ISGM will be one of a number of contractors to roll out nbn’s Multi Technology Mix (MTM) to premises throughout Victoria.

“We partner with our clients, including nbn, Telstra, Foxtel and Active Stream, to develop better ways to deliver workforce services and create value by enhancing the customer experience, productivity and quality,” Mr Field said.
