ISGM has entered into a Letter of Intent to extend and vary an existing contract with Foxtel to manage the customer installations and maintenance of satellite and cable TV, commercial and MDU work, and broadband services. A varied contract is expected to be signed shortly for an initial term of 3 years with the option for Foxtel to extend for a further 3 years to November 2022.

ISGM CEO Jonathan Field said, “we are delighted to have been selected as Foxtel’s primary partner to manage cable and satellite installations and maintenances services in Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory and South Australia, as well as, parts of southern Queensland and northern New South Wales including Newcastle. This is a welcome extension of our relationship with Foxtel which commenced with work in regional and remote Australia in December 2014.”

“Foxtel is pleased to be strengthening our partnership with ISGM as we continue in our shared commitment to providing customers with the best in-home entertainment experience possible,” added Vince Buscema, Foxtel’s Director – Customer Installations & Supply Chain.

“The new contract will require ISGM to add approximately 500 subcontractors to ISGM’s workforce of over 4,000 subcontractors nationally,” Mr Field said.

ISGM has been assigned specific geographic areas to manage according to existing presence and capability.

Mr Field also stated that ISGMs main focus during this transition period is to ensure that Foxtel customers continue to receive the high levels of service that they have come expect.
