IAG, the company behind some of the most trusted and respected Insurance brands in Australia, and Tandem Corp, one of Australia’s fastest growing workforce management companies, have announced the commencement of a ‘test and learn’ project in NSW.
Supplementing the existing IAG building partners, this new project aims to deliver an innovative, new approach to customer service.
The signing of this Letter Agreement is the culmination of several months of collaboration between the Tandem and IAG teams to co-design a fresh approach to home claims management that firmly places the customer at the centre.

The initial ‘test and learn’ project, which will run for six months, will commence in Sydney in February 2018.
